Online Services scheduled maintenance
We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance on our server between 7.00pm and 9.00pm on Thursday, 18 June 2026. During this time, Online Services (Teacher Login and TRIP) will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
New security requirements for Teacher Login and Teacher Register Information (Professional) (TRIP)
From 25 May 2026, you are required to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access Teacher Login and Teacher Register Information (Professional) (TRIP), in line with the Western Australian government cyber security policy.
MFA provides an extra layer of security when accessing online services, to strengthen our cyber security as an organisation. Set up is quick and helps keep your Teacher Login or TRIP account safe. More details are available on the Multi-Factor Authentication page of our website.

If you experience any difficulties signing in to Teacher Login, please refer to the Accessing Teacher Login page or email info@trb.education.wa.edu.au and include a screenshot of any errors to enable the issue to be escalated.
Welcome to TRBWA Online Services
TRBWA Online Services provides teachers and employers with a secure way to access information and request services via:
- Teacher Login: apply for registration, view and manage various aspects of your teacher registration details,
- Teacher Register Information Professional (TRIP): check registration details of teachers in your educational institution (for employers, principals and nominated representatives)
To access these services, you will need to use an email address that is unique to you. Please note that for security reasons, shared or group email addresses cannot be used.
