Signing in to Teacher Login

For teachers currently or previously registered with the TRBWA

1.   Have ready your teacher registration number and the email address currently recorded with the TRBWA.

If you are unsure, you may check your registration number through the Register of Teachers and confirm your email address by contacting the TRBWA on 08 9223 9100 or 1300 652 911.

Complete the Sign Up process.

The TRBWA will send an email invitation to your nominated email address. Open the email and click on the ‘Redeem Invitation’ link.

Note: It is recommended that if you are using a shared computer that you do not save your password to that computer.

A Microsoft ‘Review Permissions’ dialogue box will appear, click the ‘Accept’ button.

If, however, a Microsoft ‘Create Account’ dialogue box appears, you must first follow the prompts to create a new password, click ‘Next’ and then the ‘Review Permissions’ dialogue box will appear.

You will then be redirected to the Teacher Login welcome page to login.

Note: It is vital that you confirm your contact details are accurate. This may be done through the ‘Edit Contact Details’ button prior to accessing an application form for the first time.


For new applicants and other users (e.g. appropriate persons)

Applications for teacher registration are managed through Teacher Login. All new applicants and those individuals designated as an 'appropriate person' must gain access to the TRBWA Portal to engage with the process.

To gain access to Teacher Login you must complete the Sign Up. Then please follow the instructions in Step 3 above.

You will then be redirected to the Teacher Login welcome page to login.

Note: Before you are able to proceed you must enter your contact details through the ‘Enter Contact Details’ button prior to being able to access an application form for the first time.
